As to optimal health and energy-seven key steps

You have my respect for taking action to learn how to improve your overall health. You can discover and learn how to do just that...change and improve your health... and enjoy the new levels of energy and vitality that will simply come your way.

I have identified seven keys that can and will improve your health and energy.

The seven keys that I share with you are not meant to be understood in a literal, "This is the most important key, and this is the second most important key," manner, or practiced in a linear fashion. Rather, these are dynamic principles, beliefs, values, behaviors, etc that work together simultaneously and synergistically.

With that said, here are the seven keys!

Health And Energy Key # 1:

Begin With A Well-Formed Outcome

Simply put, your brain and your mind (conscious and unconscious) are "outcome focused," by nature. You will always be using your brain and your mind to be moving toward an end target, a goal, a desired outcome...so choose each one wisely.

Now, when you think of something, anything, such as your health, keep your mind on what you desire, and off of what you do not desire. And the key to keeping your mind off of what you do not desire is to...keep it on what you do desire! Period. See, hear and feel that which reflects what you desire. If you get off track, away from what you desire, to what you do not desire, simply bring your mind (your pictures, sounds and feelings-more on this later) back to what you desire.

Some individuals might find it challenging at times to craft a well-formed outcome because of conflicting beliefs that need to be "cleaned up." More on that later.

Health And Energy Key # 2:

Create and Maintain A Useful State

You are always creating and entering into, and operating out of, a "state..." a mental, emotional, spiritual, physical state. You have no doubt heard someone say, "I am in a really good mood." Or, "She is in a really good frame of mind today!" When I use the word "state," I am describing what is going on with you on mental, emotional, spiritual and physical levels...your total being.

Now, if you get anything out of this article, get this, and you will be ahead of the game: Never plan your future, or begin to solve a problem, or do anything, without first ensuring that you are in a useful, appropriate state for the outcome you are going for. Period.

Remember at time when you were in a conflict with someone you love, perhaps even with yourself! Did it help matters if you were in a less than useful state? By "less than useful state" I mean, one that is composed of, say, impatience, irritability, cynicism, lack of empathy, "I want to be right," etc? What might have been the difference if instead, you had created and entered into a state that is composed of perhaps patience, caring about the best interest of the other person, curiosity, flexibility, creativity, genuine self-regard, etc?

Now, this article cannot fully coach you how to do that. You might want to have one individual coaching session to learn how to easily do what I am describing. You can also practice doing the following so you can enjoy learning how to create a useful state for yourself.: Imagine that your desired outcome is to persuade someone to your point of view on a matter. Now, remember a time when you communicated very effectively and got your outcome of someone being persuaded to your perspective. Imagine seeing a movie of that experience, and then "step into" the movie you are watching, and relive that experience for 30 seconds or more.

Now, step out of that movie, and remember a time when you were communicating with someone and you were very patient with that person, taking the time to really hear them out and to understand them on a superb level. Make a movie of that, and step into that! Then step out of it and remember a time when you were communicating with someone or a group of people and you demonstrated great flexibility to the point of reaching your outcome! Whatever "obstacle" came up, you were flexible in responding resourcefully to it. Now step into that movie...

You get the idea, right? This is one easy way to build a useful state for reaching any desired outcome.

Again, always make sure that you are in a useful state, one that is appropriate for easily and enjoyable reaching your desired outcome.

Health And Energy Key # 3:

Invest Yourself In Healthy And Rewarding Relationships

The people that you surround yourself with, those you let into your space, will affect you on all levels. It is as simple as that. Choose wisely. Perhaps it is time for you to let go of some relationships and to begin some new relationships. You are not doing anyone a favor by allowing them to adversely affect you over a period of time. That is not love, it is something else.

Know what you want from your relationships. Learn how to communicate with those around you, especially your loved ones, in such a manner that you effectively enhance the quality of your relationships, for all concerned. Learn to master the states you are in! When it comes to powerfully effective communication, the state you are in will be paramount. In your communication, be clear and be effective. Communicating effectively with yourself and others is the greatest single skill you can learn and develop. Invest your time, money and energy in doing so and you will be rewarded beyond what you are capable of currently imagining.

Health And Energy Key # 4:

Be Flexible

"Flexibility is the key!" The key to what? The key to achieving your outcome, the key to persuasive communication, the key to rewarding relationships. Flexibility is being able to do something different if what you are doing is not getting you the results you desire. Flexibility will get you to where you want to go with your health and energy. If what you have been doing has not gotten you the health and energy you want yet, do something else! You might be aware that there is no one "diet" or exercise program that is useful for everybody. You can find and use what will work for you...for now. And you can be flexible and change what you are doing as you find what works even better for you, moment by moment.

Health And Energy Key # 5:

Place Your "Health And Energy" As One Of Your Top "Life Values"

Tragically, "health and energy" is rarely a top value with most people. And I say "tragically" because of the fact that your values will drive your behaviors, and your behaviors will drive the results you create. So, it follows, that to engage in healthier behaviors, you will need to make sure that your health and energy is one of your top values. If you want to learn how to easily change your values, to actually choose which ones you want to drive your behaviors, you can do so in one coaching session. You will then have the ability and the tools to prioritize your values as you move through life. Remembering that your values will drive your behaviors. What is that worth?

Health And Energy Key #6:

Personal Congruency

"Congruency" is when your beliefs, values, behaviors, emotions and states are all lined up... and going in the same direction! You can easily understand how important this is. If for example, on one hand, you believe that you can greatly improve your health and energy, and on the other hand, you believe that doing so is not really possible, or that it would be quite difficult and unpleasant...well you can see the conflict, and you probably would feel the conflict as well. The stress that these two conflicting beliefs generate is unnecessary and can be eliminated with the appropriate tools and skill set.

Much energy is dissipated because of incongruent values and beliefs, not to mention incongruent behaviors! And when you learn how to "clean things up" and develop more congruency, you will immediately enjoy the results in your health and energy. Doing so is worth your investment, whatever that might be for you.

Health And Energy Key #7:

Design Your Life With Wisdom

And what is wisdom? It is contemplating and understanding the consequences of your choices and behaviors, not just for the immediate future, but for the distant future as well!

Now, my experience as a psychotherapist and Life and Business Coach has taught me that consistent improvement is more reliable than the so called overnight successes that you hear about from time to time.

Your health and energy...your overall well being, are all worth your patience! Because it is far better to take small and incremental steps into increased vigor, health and energy, than to take on too much, too soon. Your body and mind will thank you for exercising wisdom. An effective personal trainer said in an interview that "Most people try to do too much, too soon, get discouraged and then throw in the towel."

It can be different for you. Be flexible enough to find out what works for you, in what increments, and then move forward with patience. Your patience and persistence will take you to your desired outcome of greater health and energy. Period. Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare? Enough said. And if it isn't... remember that Rome was not built in a day. Or a month for that matter. And yet progress began with the first action taken, and continued with each step after that. Each step brings more of what was desired.

Pet health insurance is an option?


Most pet owners are not aware that health insurance for their loved animals was available for about 15 years now. However, the availability and the restrictions on most plans have this type of health insurance out of the reach of most home owners.

Enough interesting health insurance pet has changed over the past few years now the owners of animals are able to afford medical procedures previously prohibitive measures because of the cost. But many sceptics are concerned that the health insurance for pets, will see an increase in bureaucracy, us humans no longer encounter every day.

Medicine is one of several health care services, which is not financially dependent on the health insurance. Medical, dental, surgical equipment and pharmaceuticals are all pretty much covered by health insurance in humans but veterinary patients are responsible for everything in the same. Or, at least.

Health insurance for pets is very similar to the insurance for the people. The same charges, deductibles, coverage rates and plans are in place, with different plans on the basis of age, species, and general health of the animal.

Most of the policies of health insurance for pets run around the range of 6-8 weeks, but after completion of policies depend on different factors, mainly decided by the health insurance companies. Some have age limits, and some do not.

And just as with humans, some health insurance companies only accept animal on their plan, if they are healthy; others it will accept only if they were stable condition for more than six months in a row.

Now stand around $ 100 deductibles for pet health insurance. The cost of policies differ, as do people health insurance, unfortunately. Some depend on the types and nature of the coverage is desirable, and still others are only blanket coverage of catch alls. Some may include only accidents and disease. And more domestic animals normally means a reduced rate of health insurance for each animal.

But what to do if you find that a health insurance policy is not right for you and Your pet? There are of course other options!

First of all discuss the situation with Your veterinarian. Some przychodniach offer packages that are not quite health insurance, but can offer transaction rate of some sorts for more ground medical procedures (spaying/neutering, vaccination, etc.), or packages for aging animals.

Secondly, research plans, which offer discounts on health services. PetAssure is one of these companies, but a lot of not-for-profits who can offer this as a benefit on the side when you join. Or, in those same animals not for profits can offer financial assistance to owners of domestic animals, which are outside of their health costs means-sort of an emergency, if you will.

Health minimum or maximum health? This question!


Picture yourself in one of the following scenarios.

You're cruising along in a new car by the ocean or in the mountains near the lodge, ski, or just a leisurely drive through beautiful forest or in the country. Stop and smell the fresh air you hear sounds beautiful. You are in the room.

You're relaxing on the patio with a new home-see mountains or Lake in the distance. Your friends are over as a barbecue in new yard back. Everybody loves a new home. Or you're out on the Lake in your new boat with family or friends. Feel the breeze in your face-the smell of fresh perfume in the air.

Picture yourself on vacation, are on board a cruise-are on the upper deck under the stars. Warm breeze tropic you feel in your face. Full moon reflection water are holding one love in your arms.

We review most of us actually have lives and what may be our lives, and their role!

The question is, do you wish to only minimal health (or worse) when they could have a maximum health!

Maximum health is like you feel when you ask that special someone the date for the first time and say yes!
Minimum health is a question that special someone and they tell you, this is the night Saturday if they are not the laundry and wash their hair!

Maximum health is like a honeymoon at your own private beach in Hawaii. Running down the beach at night with one of the warm wind tropic love in your hair. Huge Moon shining down on Palm trees and elegant bay.

Minimum health is stuck working overtime in the Office of the UNITED NATIONS Vested with the huge stack student arranged on your desk. In the walks head-one with all the personality geek with BO. Can't stand going home with his wife abuse, so that the working hours for 14 days and gives the dirty looks on its employees leave before him. Your head starts receives about some stupid unfinished report ...

Minimum health is similar to the life of pauses to suspended-only getting by, just barely having money to pay your bills each month. Minimum health is how Darling little additional that month we-want to go out to eat at McDonald and get a Big Mac?

Maximum health is Sailing away on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, of the one you love when dining in elegance each evening!

Make sure that the above minimum health situations does not intend to kill you (or at least not immediately), but this is the way in which you want to live your life? Do you really want to just scrape when an option? Let's take a statement ... There are going to kill you or at least not immediately.

Minimum health is simply the current lack of actual disease or illness. Often people in minimum health are often too tired or lazy to carry out activities, they are overweight, etc. Does not feel real bad, but make sure that they do not feel terrific. And what our Declaration, some would argue that these minimum health scenarios leads to a premature and even slow death!

Indeed, the attitude of the minimum health is like too many other attitudes we have. We are always too willing to sell themselves short. We are too willing to settle for second best, even when we don't have to. Too often this attitude can pass on to our job and relationships. In the course of existence can cause us much unhappiness and cost us a lot of money.

But the real issue here is the minimum vs. maximum health and what can we do to strive towards maximum health? For example, you can take supplements of high-quality or you're depending on fast food and processed to obtain all the nutrients? I would encourage to take high-quality nutritional supplements with vitamins and enzymes, antioxidants, and dietary fiber with exercise and weight management on a daily basis to strive towards maximum health.

The pros and cons of group health insurance


On the market of health insurance is of course difficult, but count Your lucky stars that at least you can have the elections. To this end, this article will explore the pros and cons of health insurance group.

Let me stress that should never be without some form of major medical health insurance. Without this insurance puts you and your family be seriously threatened. In fact, a recent Harvard University found that 50 percent of all bankruptcy filings were partly the result of medical expenses to the same point every 30 seconds in the United States, someone files bankruptcy in the wake of a serious health problem. Don't let this happen to you.
Group health insurance premiums are rising faster than individual health insurance premiums. Why Is That? Because most of the plans of the group are guaranteed issue and because they accept "the Knights", they attract those with high medical costs. On the other hand, the majority of individual health insurance plans are medical insurance. This means that the insurance company, you can say "no thanks" to any application which it considers not in its interest. Put yourself in their shoes-signed to a contract for the provision of 30 000 USD in annual benefits to a person, not only to pay $ 3,000 in contributions (with a net loss of $ 27,000) If you don't have to? Hmm ...Let me me think about that one. The answer is a resounding "no!". Health objectives are within reach


I feel Blessed to have the ability to create health and wellness in my life, after years of battling the disease. I studied natural health for many years, as a way of managing lupus/SLE. In 1995. And began coaching others to greater health and developed some beliefs along the way.

Here are two of my faith to create more wellness into your life. One is to focus on the objective of health and the other is that health is a balance of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. Does durable good to one area of health, without Exploring how you can support the other.

One: focus on the objective of health

Most of us have areas of our health, so as to increase, even if we do not have dis-ease. If dis-ease showed up in his life, just think of it as a loud message from your body telling you, it must be supported in a new and better.

If there are signs in their lives, that is, Stop trying to find a label to be attached to the disease before taking steps to better health. I believe an infinite path to wellness, but the basic steps to wellness are the same.

The first step is to decide, what is your "goal". What do you want your life like?

Two: health is balance mental, emotional, spiritual and physical.

The objectives of health it is necessary to introduce in all four areas of our health, since what affects us in one area of our lives often appears in another. It is usually the case, until the shows in the individuals that we noted and start taking action.

And coach people to find new positive lifestyle changes, will support the objectives of their health and that they feel may require for a period of 90 days (most habits take 90 days to engrain in our system).

Change the style of life in your life need not be drastic. I'm not chemist, but I know that if you change even a single ingredient in the formula, you will get different results. Even the smallest changes, positive lifestyle can make bring you better results, at the time.

Also positive lifestyle changes do not have to cost money so stop putting them off until they can no longer afford them. For example, if your goal is weight loss may change as a minor one:

Walk daily for 15 minutes, instead of waiting to be able to afford the membership of the gym.

Skip the chips ordered meal value, instead of waiting to join Jenny Craig.

Now do the exercise for yourself. Save the objective you have health and treat the three things you can do it would be a positive step towards this objective. These are physical operations. Then think of three things that you can make a positive impact on your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Make sure that the steps you can save are things that you can see yourself undertakes to ninety days and then write a positive intention or mission statement. Anything you want to call the final result.

Here's an example:

I'm thrilled to improve My physical health by walking 15 minutes a day. I replaced My emotional eating patterns, spending more time with people supporting and making time to Volunteer. Each day write down things I'm grateful that the source of my Spirit. A list of created every night before you go to bed, to do which frees my mind and helps My sleep.

Find examples that work for you! This is, what should I do if health coaching. And to help design a new plan for life, which includes healthy habits. Unable to find what you need, but you can derive ideas for what is likely to do so and then indicate the direction of the positive. The rest is up to you.

This whole process must be fun for you. I believe that until you find the changes, which excite and resonate with you ... ... you will be able to continue to place them.

If the type of person who takes responsibility for the stay on the track think about forming a Coaching health district 3-4 friends who also want to introduce new changes in lifestyle. Then each hold accountable, on a weekly phone call or meeting. It is much more difficult to avoid action stages, when others are involved and determined to achieve their objectives.

Another way to get motivated is to think today, what have you been wishing to explore and have put Off, given the current situation of health. Every class have wanted to take or to place the user you want to visit?

For health advice to look at the books, films or a CD, refer to the health and choose those that cannot wait for. Prevention Magazine is abundant sources of ideas, if you can get past advertising prescription.

Also ask healthy ideas with friends they are to remain in good health. That company for the healthy activities they are engaged in, and it is great to have mentors.

Good health is easy, but being sick is hard. It is true, for the maintenance of good health is quite simple, although recovery takes patience, coherent and intelligent choices. Your body Heals on its own momentum. The task is to help this process along. There are four important components that determine the level of a person's health.

One component: the authority it needs to be healthy? From the standpoint of the body of many meals today barely qualifies as a food. That's Why the disease care is Dollar trillion business and over 60% of Americans are overweight.Surprisingly the height of the American diet is packed with calories carrying not actual nutrition. Like good health by eating it, true is easy, but this decision must be made.

If America instead neglects maintaining secure records, determining eligibility for public health care would not be possible and the floodgates for fraud would open and rampant misuse of the system would prevail. This would eventually bring down the system.

It is financially impossible to create a universal health care system without clearly knowing who is entitled and not. The system needs to have limits of its entitlement. A social security number would not be enough as these numbers have been handed out through decades to temporary residents that might not even live in the United States or might today be out of status as illegal immigrants.

The Congress has investigated the cost of many of the "public options", but still we have no clear picture of the actual realm of the group that would be entitled and under which conditions. The risk is political. It is very easy for political reasons to extend the entitlement. Politicians would have a hard time being firm on illegal immigrants' entitlement, as that would put the politicians on a collision course with mainly the Hispanic community as they represent a significant part of the illegal immigrants. So the easy sell is then that everyone that is a legal resident alien or citizen can join according to one fee plan and then the illegal immigrants can join according to a different fee structure. That assumes that they actually pay the fee which is a wild guess as they are likely to be able to get access to service without having to state that they are illegal immigrants.

It would work politically - but again - without an impeccable population registry and control over who is who on a national level, this is unlikely to succeed. The system would be predestined to fail because of lack of funds. If you design a system to provide the health care needs for a population and then increase that population without any additional funds - then naturally it would lead to a lower level of service, declined quality, and waiting lists for complex procedures. In real terms, American health care goes from being a first world system to a third world system.

Thousands, if not a million, American residents live as any other American citizen but they are still not in good standing with their immigration even if they have been here for ten or fifteen years. A universal health care system will raise issues about who is entitled and who is not.

The alternative is for an American universal health care system to surrender to the fact that there is no order in the population registry and just provide health care for everyone who shows up. If that is done, costs will dramatically increase at some level depending on who will pick up the bill - the state government, the federal government, or the public health care system.

Illegal immigrants that have arrived within the last years and make up a significant population would create an enormous pressure on a universal health care, if implemented, in states like Texas and California. If they are given universal health care, it would be a pure loss for the system as they mostly work for cash. They will never be payees into the universal health care system as it is based on salary taxes, and they do not file taxes.

The difference is that Sweden has almost no illegal immigrants compared to the United States. The Swedes do not provide health care services for illegal immigrants and the illegal immigrants can be arrested and deported if they require public service without good legal standing.

This firm and uniform standpoint towards illegal immigration is necessary to avoid a universal health care system from crumbling down and to maintain a sustainable ratio between those who pay into the system and those who benefit from it.

The working middle class that would be the backbone to pay into the system would not only face that their existing health care is halved in its service value - but most likely face higher cost of health care as they will be the ones to pick up the bill.

The universal health care system would have maybe 60 million to 70 million "free riders" if based on wage taxes, and maybe half if based on fees, that will not pay anything into the system. We already know that approximately 60 million Americans pay no taxes as adults add to that the estimated 10-15 million illegal immigrants.

There is no way that a universal health care system can be viably implemented unless America creates a population registry that can identify the entitlements for each individual and that would have to be designed from scratch to a high degree as we can not rely on driver's license data as the quality would be too low - too many errors.

Many illegal immigrants have both social security numbers and driver's licenses as these were issued without rigorous control of status before 9/11. The alternative is that you had to show a US passport or a valid foreign passport with a green card to be able to register.

Another problematic task is the number of points of registration. If the registration is done by hospitals - and not a federal agency - then it is highly likely that registration fraud would be rampant. It would be very easy to trespass the control of eligibility if it is registered and determined by a hospital clerk. This supports that the eligibility has to be determined by a central administration that has a vast access to data and information about our lives, income, and medical history. If one single registration at a health care provider or hospital would guarantee you free health care for life and there is no rigorous and audited process - then it is a given that corruption, bribery, and fraud would be synonymous with the system.

This requires a significant level of political strength to confront and set the limits for who is entitled - and here comes the real problem - selling out health care to get the votes of the free riders. It is apparent that the political power of the "free" health care promise is extremely high.

A promise that can not alienate anyone as a tighter population registry would upset the Hispanic population, as many of the illegal immigrants are Hispanics - and many Hispanics might be citizens by birth but their elderly parents are not. Would the voting power of the younger Hispanics act to put pressure to extend health care to elderly that are not citizens? Yes, naturally, as every group tries to maximize its own self-interest.

The risk is, even with an enhanced population registry, that the group of entitled would expand and put additional burden on the system beyond what it was designed for. That could come though political wheeling and dealing, sheer inability from an administrative standpoint to identify groups, or systematic fraud within the system itself.

We can speculate about the outcome but the challenges are clear. This also represents a new threat to the privacy and respect for the private sphere of the citizenry as an increased population registration and control empowers the government with more accurate information about our lives and the way we live our lives. Historically, has any government when given the opportunity to get power taken that opportunity and given that power back to the people after the initial objective was reached? Governments like to stick to power.

To ensure the universal health care system is designed to function as intended it, would require procedures that would limit fraud, amass a significant amount of personal information, have access to all your medical data, and also determine who you are beyond any doubt. Just to be able to determine if you are entitled or not and, track the expenditures you generate.

The aggregation of these data could also open the floodgates for any data mining within these data under the pure excuse that it would help the universal health care system to better "serve you" and lower the costs.
