5 tips to help you manage your Diabetes

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, then you may hope to find a good way to keep under control. Fortunately, there is information that will help you to keep under control. The first is the A1C is a test that shows your blood glucose in the last three months. Then there's the blood pressure, high blood pressure means the heart attack or stroke.
